RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY
I stand behind my products and your satisfaction with them is important to me. However, because my products are digital resources delivered by way of the Internet, I generally offer no refunds. I will do everything in my power to help fix any problems you may be having with a product so that it will work for your needs.
Purchases made without product download are available for a refund by putting in a request to hilary35t@gmail.com
Refund requests after you have downloaded a product will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at my sole discretion. Any refund requests must be made within 30 days of your original purchase.

You can always contact us for any refund questions at hilary35t@gmail.com.
We will notify you once we’ve received and processed a request for a refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
RETURN REQUEST GUIDELINES
You may submit a refund request to hilary35t@gmail.com. Please include REFUND in the subject line, as well as the resource name, concern, and any other pertinent details.
Reasons for Refund:
- The resource has been purchased, but the file has not been downloaded.
- The resource has an unintentional duplicate purchase.
- The resource is misrepresented in the preview or description. (subject to review if file has been downloaded)
- The resource purchased is damaged or content is missing.
